Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their client's team in San Jose, California. This role is pivotal in managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and secure top talent, working closely with hiring managers to align workforce needs with strategic sourcing strategies. This position not only focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience but also plays a vital role in promoting the employer brand and building a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and hiring events, occasionally outside standard business hours.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP WFN), HRIS platforms, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices.

Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Additional Details
Max Pay is $90,000. Min Pay is $78,000.
